Bologna
The Irish National Framework of Qualifications is aligned with the Bologna Framework (the Framework for Qualifications of the European Higher Education Area). The Qualifications Authority has published an information booklet on the Framework, entitled Introducing the Bologna Framework of Qualifications and also Verification of Compatibility of Irish National Framework of Qualifications with the Bologna Framework.
